Ratings and reviews

After each booking in one of our restaurants, our customers are invited to rate from 1 to 10 the quality of their experience, They tell us what they liked or disliked and let us know if they would recommend the restaurant to other people.

This survey is sent by email only to customers that have booked and eaten on site at the restaurant. The results, ratings and reviews automaticaly calculated and published on Exclusive Restaurants website.

This percentage represents the percentage of customers who would recommend the restaurant to other people.

The rating « general impression » given to the restaurant is the average of the ratings given by customers.

The ratings from 1 (completely unacceptable) to 10 (excellent) concern each feature of the performance:

The customers reviews are published with no amendment of any kind from the restaurant or Exclusive Restaurants. They concern what the customer appreciated the most (+) and what he didn't appreciate (-). The rating is the general impression rating given by the customerattribuée par le client to describe his experience.
